The Lord's Next Step For Me!

Hi Everyone!

I hope you’ve had an amazing start to the year! It’s been a while since I’ve posted, but this year has been great so far with finally being able to see the light at the end of this COVID tunnel! I am back at school, loving spring at Wake forest, and really feeling like I’ve been able to settle in here! One thing I learned through this past semester is how the Lord is truly not limited by any circumstances and is able to work wonderfully despite things being closed down. I was able to witness Him move in so many amazing ways, and saw that no matter what in the world was put on hold, His love and pursuit of us was not. This is why I am so excited to share that I have been given the incredible opportunity to serve as an intern in Uganda for 7 weeks this summer with an organization called Serge! Serge is an international missions organization that sends missionaries, mentors and trains ministry leaders, and develops gospel-centered resources for ongoing gospel renewal. This opportunity is something that I never could have orchestrated myself, but the Lord has opened every door in His perfect timing, and I am thrilled to be taking the leap alongside Him! In order to go, the trip will cost about $5,500. My goal is to be 50% funded by mid-April and 100% by May. I am currently working on collecting addresses for a list of people to provide my information packet to about what I will be doing, and sharing more about my heart for Uganda!
